Responsibilities Include:

  • Development of a cohesive data environment across a disparate set of systems, allowing for communication of key pieces of business information/transactions across such systems and consolidated reporting for all key Company business activities.
  • Assistance and guidance to various department sponsored system investments, including assistance with selection, design/implementation, modification, enhancement and administration of such systems. Such systems are to include:
    • Salesforce
    • Jira
    • Intacct
    • Spring CM
    • Gainsight
    • Marketo
    • Concur
    • Adaptive
  • Develop and influence system landscape and design through stakeholder management working closely with all departments
  • Manage system product lifecycle
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to drive system requirements and create roadmap
  • Responsible for the delivery of programs and initiatives associated with defined strategy and roadmap
  • Ensure application operations are running optimally
  • Ad hoc projects as needed



  • 8 to 10 years of overall IT experience with a focus on business applications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Detailed knowledge of above systems
  • Previous experience working for a SaaS company preferred
  • Previous experience in software design, documentation and development methodologies
  • Hands on solution design and implementation through to production support
  • Organizational ability to handle many details, multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Ability to complete tasks on time with minimal direction
  • Advance problem solving skills to analyze and resolve exceptions
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
